This first-time-in-human (FTIH) study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary clinical activity of escalating doses of GSK6097608 given as monotherapy and in combination with dostarlimab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
