A Prospective randomized trial with a primary objective to investigate the effect ofprdenisolone treatment in acute interstitial nephritis

Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Kidney biopsy with AIN Clinical AIN Acute renal failure

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Not able to give informed consent immunosuppressive treatment autoimmune disease allergi or intolerence to prednisone pregnancy or nursing active malignant disease CKD stage 4 or 5 Previous participation AIN with glomerulonephritis, sarcoidosis or inherited interstitial disease
